My package has been delivered safe and sound. I will be frank on the review. first, I wanna compliment on the customer service. they were prompt with their response and provided the information I needed. praise to all HC.com crew. in addition, HC.com even upgraded my delivery service to Parcel Priority as a reward for losing a package while it's in transit. also *cough* two months of waiting. anyhow, the point is, I am grateful for how deeply the HC.com crew cares about their customers. how thoughtful! I guess the only downside I could ever think of is that when you choose Parcel Economy, there is no guaranteed delivery date. I thought I had to wait a month, maximum. but turned out, it was beyond a month. so, my expectation was gradually becoming lower. but some of it got recovered as HC.com make it up for losing the package as well as delay in shipment. I guess Parcel Economy isn't a way to go. I wasn't in a rush and had to reason with the delivery option, so I chose Economy over Priority because I can save money. but two months of waiting was just too overwhelming. I knew I had to wait with some degree of patience since it's an international delivery, but it was just so long, plus, the package wasn't taken care of when choosing Parcel Economy. But all in all, I am quite satisfied with the product even if the quality isn't perfect, but it has its charm. I'm just glad I didn't get a defective one. my friend and I adore the costumes we received. I don't know why the general rate of HC.com is low when there is caring customer service standing by. Thank you for your service, HC.com. I approve HC.com with no headshakes.

Had a fun and wonderful experience with Halloween Costumes recently! Received my items very quickly in a cute bag with a monster on it!! There was even a trial bag of candy that my daughter enjoyed very much! Unfortunately I had to order a different size however their customer service was very helpful and kind helping me and directing me to make it easy to return. Very happy, will post another comment to let everyone know how my return experience goes, and meanwhile my new replacement order is on its way!

Costume is great quality. Item arrived exactly on time (even with Covid19). Fits perfectly to description. Communication is amazing. Over all experience was absolutely amazing

I have ordered my costumes from here for the last 3 years. I have had some issues with sizing being smaller than described, but sizes are how manufacturer labelled it, and I have the same problem when I go to other halloween stores, so I don't blame this site. Never had an issue with my order arriving on time, always in good condition, prices are competitive with other sites.
